How to Cut Your Own Bangs

Apply a setting lotion and comb your bangs straight. Tape them to your forehead with hair tape until dry. When you take the tape off and fluff out your bangs, you'll see a gorgeous, classic look. Your bangs will frame your face beautifully - shorter in the middle and tapered longer at the sides.Another way to set bangs is to comb them all over to one side. Make sure they are pulled straight. Then pin curl in place. When dry, take the clips out and brush the bangs from the side, to cover your forehead. They should fall straight. If they need a little coaxing, apply a tiny dab of volumizer and shape the bangs with your fingers.If you don't have hair tape, you can blow them dry - just make sure you don't blow curl into them.
After you've done that a few times, you'll find it's simple and quick. And doing it yourself, at home, lets you stay polished and gorgeous between salon visits.
